While taking my walk down by the lake, I came across these two guys, makin these two sand sculptures. Eventhough they weren't finished yet, they still looked amazing. Here is my favorite shot of one of the two. You can find the second one here:

means washed out, like the background in this shot is brighter and some details are lost, thats overexposed

thanks a lot, I always seem to have an overexposure problem somewhere haha, but I think you are right. The overexposure in this shot, really draws your attention to the sculpture

Awesome shot, and fabulous work by them in the first place. Not that you haven't already heard that about twenty-eight times. From a photographical prospective the subject is a bit under-exposed due to where the sun is, but I think the fact that most of the harsh color that would have been reflecting off the sand would have retracted from the subjects beauty.

Half of photography is being at the right place at the right time, and you seem to have no problem with that. Great work.
